هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه رشداجتماعي با دلبستگي شغلي دبيران مدارس دخترانه ناحيه 1 و 2 شهر خرم آباد ميباشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كليه دبيران دوره دوم متوسطه مدارس دخترانه ناحيه 1 و 2 شهر خرم آباد استان تشكيل داده اند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران از جامعه 765 نفري دبيران ، تعداد 256 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد رشد اجتماعي رائو (1973) و پرسشنامه استاندارد دلبستگي شغلي ادواردز و كيلپاتريك (1984) كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي نسبي بين اعضاي جامعه ي آماري توزيع گرديده ، انجام پذيرفته است . براساس نتايج بدست آمده از تجزيه و تحليل استنباطي مشخص شد، رشد اجتماعي در قالب ابعاد (كفايت شخصي، كفايت ميان فردي و كفايت اجتماعي) با دلبستگي شغلي دبيران مدارس دخترانه دوره دوم متوسطه ناحيه 1 و 2 شهر خرم آباد ارتباط دارد. نتايج همچنين تاييدكننده نقش تعديل كننده سن و سابقه ي خدمت بر رابطه ي بين رشد اجتماعي دبيران و ميزان دلبستگي شغلي مي باشد.

In this study we examined the relationship social growth attachment Teachers. The sample cross-correlation function, which is the goal of all secondary school teachers in secondary schools 1 and 2 Khorramabad Abad district of the province have formed. Using Cochran formula of this community of 765 people, 256 subjects were selected. According to the results which are gained using the inferential analyzes Determine, social growth in factors (Personal adequacy, Inadequacy social, Interpersonal adequacy) with job involvement of teachers in secondary schools during the second period of zones 1 and 2 is Khorramabad. The results also confirm the moderating role of age and years of service on the relationship between Social Maturity and job involvement of teachers is.
