نقش عوامل انگيزشي بر پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه مدارس دولتي شهرستان زاهدان

Investigating the role of motivational factors on male students' educational advancement in public high schools of Zahedan

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش عوامل انگيزشي بر پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان پسرمقطع متوسطه مدارس دولتي شهرستان زاهدان مي باشد. روش اين تحقيق توصيفي-همبستگي است ، جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل ، كليه دانش آموزان پسرمقطع متوسطه مدارس دولتي شهرستان زاهدان كه درنيمسال اول سال تحصيلي 1396-1395 مشغول به تحصيل هستند به تعداد 5231 نفر مي باشد كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 398 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري و به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي-تصادفي متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند، ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته بر پايه طيف ليكرت بوده كه براي تعيين روايي پرسشنامه از روايي صوري و محتوايي و براي پايايي از آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده كه برابر 0.92 محاسبه شد و براي آزمون فرضيات پژوهش از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چند گانه استفاده شد. نتـايج نشان داد كه عوامل انگيزشي بر پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان پسرمقطع متوسطه مدارس دولتي شهرستان زاهدان تاثير مثبت و معناداري دارد.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the role of motivational factors on high school male students' educational development in Zahedan public schools. Research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the present study includes all the high school students of Zahedan public high schools who are studying during 1395-96 educational year and their number was tantamount to 5231 subjects and 398 subjects were selected as the statistical population through Morgan Table and random-stratified sampling commensurate with the size. Research instrument was researcher made questionnaire based on Likert scale and facial and content validity were used for determining the validity and Cronbach's alpha was used for determining the dependability of the questionnaire which was calculated as 0/92 and Pearson Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression was used for hypothesis testing. Results showed that motivational factors had positive and significant effect boy high school students of Zahedan in Zahedan public schools.
