تبيين رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي پليس و امنيت اجتماعي در شهر بندرعباس

Explaining the Relationship between Police Social Capital and Social Security in Bandar Abbas

زمينه و هدف: پليس به عنوان يكي از نهادهاي عمومي از اركان مهم هر حاكميتي بوده و به مثابه يكي از خرده نظام‌هاي اجتماعي، ايجاد امنيت اجتماعي از وظايف اصلي آن است. تأمين امنيت به عوامل متعددي نياز دارد كه يكي از اين عوامل سرمايه اجتماعي پليس مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش با هدف تبيين رابطه بين سرمايه اجتماعي پليس و امنيت اجتماعي در شهر بندرعباس انجام شده است. روش‌شناسي: جامعه مورد مطالعه، كليه افراد بالاي 15 سال ساكن در شهر بندرعباس مي‌باشد كه از ميان آنها، يك نمونه 250 نفري به صورت نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چند مرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش در اين مطالعه، پيمايش است. داده‌ها با استفاده از تكنيك پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري شده و اعتبار آن به روش صوري و پايايي آن به كمك آماره آلفاي كرونباخ سنجيده شده است. پس از جمع‌آوري پرسشنامه‌ها، داده‌ها به وسيله نرم افزار آماري spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: نتايج به دست آمده گوياي آن است كه ميان سرمايه اجتماعي پليس با امنيت اجتماعي رابطه معنادار آماري وجود دارد (0/336= r ). همچنين ميان ابعاد سه‌گانه سرمايه اجتماعي پليس (اعتماد پليس، مشاركت با پليس، آگاهي از فعاليت‌هاي پليس) و امنيت اجتماعي رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. در تحليل رگرسيون چند متغيره، به ترتيب بعد آگاهي از فعاليت‌هاي پليس، مشاركت با پليس، و اعتماد پليس توانسته‌اند 18/6 درصد از تغييرهاي متغير وابسته را تبيين نمايند. نتيجه‌گيري: با افزايش سرمايه اجتماعي پليس در ابعاد سه‌گانه، احساس امنيت اجتماعي نيز افزايش پيدا مي‌كند.

Background and objectives: Police, as one of the public institutions, are the main pillars of any sovereignty, and as one of the social sub-systems, the establishment of social security is one of its main tasks. Security maintenance requires several factors, one of which is the social capital of the police. This research was conducted in Bandar Abbas aiming at explaining the relationship between social capital of the police and social security. Methodology: The population under study included all over-15-year-old individuals living in Bandar Abbas, among whom a sample of 250 people was selected using multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research method in this study is survey. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using face validity and the reliability was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. After collecting the questionnaires, the data were analyzed by SPSS software. Findings: The obtained results show that there is a significant relationship between social capital of the police and social security (r = .336). There is also a positive and significant relationship between the triple dimensions of social capital of the police (police trust, collaboration with police, and awareness of police activities) and social security. In multivariate regression analysis, awareness of police activities, collaboration with police, and police trust have been able to explain 18.6% of dependent variable variations, respectively. Results: By increasing the social capital of the police in the tripartite dimensions, the sense of social security also increases.
