در مقاله تلاش شده است با مطالعه‌ي انديشه‌ها و رفتارهاي نخبگان سياسي- فرهنگي عصر رضاشاه پاسخي براي اين پرسش بيابيم كه آيا رضاشاه خود طراح سياست‌هاي فرهنگي حكومتش بود و يا طراحان ديگري سياست‌هاي فرهنگي اين عصر را تدوين مي‌كردند. به همين منظور خلاصه‌اي از شرح احوال و اقدامات چهره‌هاي برجسته‌اي مانند: محمدعلي فروغي (ذكاءالملك)، تيمورتاش، مخبرالسّلطنه (مهدي‌قلي‌خان هدايت) و عيسي‌صديق‌اعلم بررسي مي‌شود. اين افراد كه فقط گروهي‌از نخبگان عصرند هر كدام به نوعي با سياست‌هاي رضاشاهي وابستگي و پيوستگي يا هماهنگي و تعامل فرهنگي داشته‌اند و مي‌توان آنها را نخبگان سياسي- فرهنگي يا فرهنگي- سياسي خواند. در مقاله، عمل‌كرد فرهنگي آن‌ها به ويژه در برخورد با عرصةي فرهنگ ديني، ملي- باستاني و نيز فرهنگ غربي بررسي مي‌شود. در اين مقاله چند تن از نام‌آورترين سياست‌مداران فرهنگي عصر رضاشاه كه نقش مهم‌تر و بيشتري در سياست‌هاي فرهنگي داشته‌اند و نماينده‌ي نخبگان هم‌سويشان پنداشته مي‌شده‌اند برگزيده شدند،

This paper explains the influence of geopolitieal aspects during Reza shah,s reign and focuses on their political and cultural impact. We try to establish this Ideu that whether Reza shah was on his own in making the crucial decisions during his reign or there were some other political players involved. Therefore we make a brief investigarion of prominent figures such as: Mohammad Ali Foroughi (Zoka Almolk), Teymour tash, Mokhber Alsaltaneh (Mahdigholi khan Hedayat) and Isa Sadigh Aalam. These leading figures who were within the minority of Rejal (men) in the country. Each and every one in their way. Due to their contribution.
Reliance and dependencics or at least with some point, of wiew with Reza shah. One could see how they were politically and culturally engaged. In this study we will also understand their way of talking a religious culture.
