به بن‌بست رسيدن راهبرد نظامي در عراق پسااشغال، آمريكا و متحدان راهبردي‌اش را بر آن داشت تا در مسير تأمين منافع و تقويت ارزش‌ها و هويت آمريكايي، و نيز بهبود چهره آسيب‌ديده خود از جنگ عراق نزد ملت‌هاي منطقه و جهان، راهبرد گسترش نفوذ خود را با تكيه بر قدرت نرم در دستور كار قرار دهند. به‌كارگيري راهبرد نرم براي گسترش نفوذ، در دو مرحله «دولت‌سازي» (2003- 2008) و «ملت‌سازي» (پس از 2008)، استراتژي اصلي آمريكا براي تأمين امنيت ملي و منافع خود در عراق است. اين نوشتار درپي پژوهش درباره چگونگي پياده‌سازي راهبردهاي نرم آمريكا براي نفوذ در عراق پساصدام و در مرحله دولت‌سازي و پس از آن است. در مسير كنكاش براي كشف و رازگشايي راهبردهاي نرم آمريكا در عراق، ساختارهاي اجراكننده راهبردهاي نرم آمريكا را بيان مي‌كنيم كه به گسترش نفوذ آمريكا در بخش‌هاي مختلف دولت و جامعه عراق مي‌پردازد. روش اين پژوهش مبتني بر تحليل اسناد و داده‌هاي متني برخط، اسناد و پژوهش‌هاي موجود است.

The culmination of a post-occupation military strategy in Iraq prompted the United States and its strategic allies to pursue a strategy of expanding their influence in the direction of securing the interests and strengthening of American values and identities, as well as recovering their damaged face from the Iraq war with the nations of the region and the world. Rely on soft power to put it on the agenda. Applying a soft strategy to expand influence, in both the stages of state-building (2008-2008) and nation-building (after 2008), is America's primary strategy for securing national security and its interests in Iraq. This article is about researching how to implement soft strategies for US influence in the post-Saddam Iraq and at the stage of state-building and after. As we seek to discover and unravel America's soft strategies in Iraq, we outline the implementing structures of soft US strategies that expand US influence in various parts of Iraqi government and society. The methodology of this research is based on the analysis of online documents and textual data, existing documents and research.
