International Political Economy (Capitalism and Communism to Islamic Revolution

بنيادهاي سياسي-اقتصادي در هنگامه‌اي كه انقلاب اسلامي ايران به وقوع پيوست، داراي چند شاخص مهم و جهاني بوده است كه از آن ميان مي‌توان به «توليد انبوه»، «تجارت» و «ثروت» اشاره كرد. در اين مقطع از تاريخ، ساختار سياسي حاكم بر جهان ميان دو نيروي سرمايه‌داري و كمونيسم در رقابت بود و به همين دليل، بنيادها و ضروريات اقتصادي در سطح جهان نيز تحت تأثير اين دو نيروي سياسي متعارض، سازمان مي‌يافت. پژوهش حاضر، ابتدا با بررسي مشخصات و بن‌مايه‌هاي اقتصادي-سياسي سرمايه داري (امپرياليسم) و كمونيسم آغاز مي‌شود و سپس رخداد انقلاب اسلامي را به عنوان «گسست در ساختار اقتصاد سياسي بين‌الملل» در مقايسه با دو قدرت اقتصاد سياسي فوق، بررسي مي‌كند. نتايج، نشان مي‌دهد كه هرچند امپريالسم و كمونيسم به عنوان دو قطب رقيب در نظر گرفته مي‌شوند، اما از منظر اقتصاد سياسي داراي خط‌ مشي‌ها و كدهاي مشابهي هستند. به‌گونه‌اي كه ويژگي‌هايي مانند «گسترش فضايي ماترياليسم»، «استعمارگرايي به منظور افزايش بهره‌وري اقتصادي» و «تجارت جنگ» در هر دو جبهه وجود داشته است. با اين وجود، انقلاب اسلامي ايران با پديد آوردن كدهايي چون معنويت‌گرايي، استعمارزدايي، محوريت عدالت و «سياست فرهنگي اقتصاد»، رويكردي جديد و متفاوت در اقتصاد سياسي بين‌الملل پديد آورد كه از آن مي‌توان با نام «گفتمان فرهنگي اقتصاد سياسي بين‌الملل» ياد كرد.

Political economy in the world at the time of the Islamic Revolution had a few major global indices such as the "mass production"، "Trade" and "wealth". At this point in history، political structure of the world between two geopolitical forces of imperialism and communism in the competition، and why، was formed under the influence of the global economic necessities these two conflicting political force. Cross-sectional study to evaluate the economic-political imperialism and communism begins and then the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution as a "break in the structure of international political economy" in the political economy of these two powers، checks. The results indicate that even though imperialism and communism are considered as two competing poles، but from the perspective of political economy codes are the same. Features like "Open Space materialism،" "colonialism for economy" and "trade war" existed on both fronts. However، the Islamic Revolution by creating code such as spirituality، decolonization، justice-centering and the "economic and cultural policies"، a new and different approach in international political economy that created that called "Cultural Discourse of the International Political Economy".
