گونه جديدي از شپشك‌هاي سپردار (Hemiptera: Coccomorpha: Diaspididae) روي درختان سرو در ايران

گونه جديدي از شپشك­هاي سپردار، Acanthomytilus cupressicola Moghaddam sp. n. از نمونه­هاي جمع­آوري شده از درختان سرو از ايران توصيف و ترسيم شده است. اكثر گونه­هاي جنس Acanthomytilus از گندميان گزارش شده­اند و اين دومين گونه شپشك سپردار از جنس Acanthomytilus است كه از روي درختان (بعد از شپشك A. kurdicus) و از روي گياه ميزبان كيكم، معرفي مي­شود.

The new armored scale species Acanthomytilus cupressicola Moghaddam sp. n. is described and illustrated from specimens collected on Cypress trees in Iran. Although most species of Acanthomytilus are known to occur on Poaceae, this is the second species of the genus, except A. kurdicus Bodenheimer, that is here recorded from woody plants.
