رابطه ي بين اجراي فوق برنامه هاي ورزشي با موفقيت ورزش قهرماني در دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره)نوشهر

The Analysis of the Exercise Programs Effectiveness and Success in Championship at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy Nowshahr

برنامه‌ريزي مناسب اوقات فراغت و هدفمند نمودن اين فرصت گران‌بها، موجبات نشاط و شادابي دانشجويان و توسعه جامعه را فراهم مي‌نمايد. هدف اين پژوهش رابطه بين اجراي فوق برنامه‌هاي ورزشي با موفقيت ورزش قهرماني در دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني(ره) نوشهربود.پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ روش، توصيفي- تحليلي(همبستگي) محسوب مي شود. جامعه آماري با لحاظ نمودن ضريب حفاظتي- امنيتي شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني(ره)نوشهر بوده كه با استفاده حجم نمونه كوهن 320نفر انتخاب شدند وبه طورتصادفي ساده به پرسشنامه‌ي‌27 سوالي محقق ساخته با پايايي0/87 پاسخ دادند. براي تجزيه وتحليل رابطه ي متغير‌ها از آزمون اسپيرمن و همچنين براي محاسبه امتيازات قهرماني مقام انفرادي و تيمي كسب شده از آزمون U من ويتني و كروسكال واليس استفاده شد. دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني(ره) با تفاوت معني داري، اثربخشي فعاليت‌هاي فوق برنامه دانشگاه خود را ارزيابي نمودند. همچنين بين اين اثربخشي و كسب موفقيت در ورزش قهرماني رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود داشت.به نظر مي رسد،تلاش در جهت اثربخشي فعاليت ورزشي فوق برنامه از طريق انتخاب مسولين متخصص ، توجه به علايق همه دانشجويان، ساخت و تجهيز امكانات و... موجب كسب موفقيت و در نتيجه افزايش سلامت، توسعه و تعالي دانشجويان مي‌گردد.

Proper leisure planning and targeting of this precious opportunity, would provide students' pleasure, happiness, and community development. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the effectiveness of extra-curricular sport activities and the success in championships at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy-Nowshahr. The present study is a descriptive–analytical research type and has practical purpose. Using the sample table of kuhen, 376 Imam Khomeini Naval Academy's students were selected as the sample of the study and randomly answered to a 27-item questionnaire with a reliability of α=0.87. Spearman test was used to analyze the relationship between the variables and the Mann-Whitney U-test and Kruskal-Wallis were used to calculate individual and team championship points. The academy's students evaluated the effectiveness of extra-curricular activities significantly. There was also a significant positive relationship between the effectiveness of extra-curricular sport activities and success in the championship sport. It seems, trying to increase the effectiveness of extra-curricular sport activities through the selection of specialist officers, caring the interests of all students, building and equipping the facility and …, help to achieve success and increase the health, development and excellence of students.
